Not as good as last year

Didn't think that it was a easy as last year. Had more problems that I had to figure out. Unemployment part really was not right and printing forms was hard to figure out. Please don't make it more complicated. Also I am not going to pre order it next year as I can buy it at the store now for ten dollars less then you charged me.
What's not so great: Had to go to forms to g et unemployment information on.

As always, easy to complete

I have been using TurboTax for five years and wouldn't think of another program or taking it to someone. I can do it as I receive the necessary documents and always have a good idea of what my refund will be.
What's great about it: This is my fifth year and it's soooo easy to do
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax for 9 years now and have always been satisfied. Explanation for deductions page scrolling goes simply like this: I click start button go through the deduction section and then it takes me back to the page, where it has added another section. Once I get past the 3rd section (10 in all) the next 7 I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to hit the start button. That's not bad though at all Intuit, probably your best complaint yet.
What's great about it: Clean design, easy to use...
What's not so great: Scrolling so much on deductions page...

Turbo Tax Great Again

Questions were easy to understand and if not there is an explanation. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had a problem. Just get you info together and answer the questions---file and get your return. SIMPLE!!!!
What's great about it: Everything about Turbo Tax meets my needs.
What's not so great: None.

Excellent Software

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. I have never worked with such an excellent program. All of the information is always precisely up to date and on the rare occasion that I've had a question, customer service has always been very prompt and courteous.
What's great about it: Excellent, use-friendly format; clear, concise information.
