Saves time with import features and basic information from last year. Easy interview process with step by step feature. Easy to file federal and state return. Had to hunt to find how to contact for help. Otherwise, help was courteous and provided the answers and guidance I needed.
What's great about it: easy to use

I bought Turbo Tax for its ease of use, accuracy and the ability to file Electronicly. The filing failed!!!!

Also had to look on google, to figure out how to properly put in our numbers from our HSA that was not through an employer

Turbo Tax is so easy to use, especially if you have filed with it in the past. Less typing every year and the process of filing is getting easier & easier every year.
What's great about it: Step by steps in program makes the process so easy to manage and understand all aspects of the filing process.
What's not so great: Would be nice to have a listing of documents used for the previous year to have a head's up before starting.

Great Product

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now, always a great product. I don't need to read all of those sometimes confusing instructions from the IRS and it makes complex tax forms usable.
What's great about it: Easy to use, covers all the bases
What's not so great: Occasionally a few more "clicks" than necessary
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: hard to find an entry when you are looking for it specifically without going through the inverview process
