Filing My Taxes was a Breeze

Took the hassle out of filing my taxes. It wasn't a chore like it usually is (something I dreaded each year). Loved it! I'll never go back to the old way of doing my taxes again. Definitely 5 stars.

Yeah Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax made this process simple, which was great considering I had a fairly complicated return. I liked the encouragement along the way, telling me the progress I had made and what I had left to go. The only downside was that I entered a couple things too early, not realizing that it would ask for certain info later on in the process. But it was fairly simple to go back and edit. Overall, a great tool and one I will definitely use again! Thanks, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy, allowed me to go back and edit when needed, gave me updates along the way
What's not so great: Got a little confused at times but figured it out without much difficulty

Easy Peasy

I've been a TurboTax user for many years. The interface keeps getting better and better. Very simple to use with clear instructions and navigation. If it wasn't for paying my taxes I'd be tempted to say it is a joy to use.

I liked it because it was quick and easy but it is expensive and sometimes counterintuitive.
I also dislike all the upsell attempts during the process. Taxes are annoying enough without sales attempts midstream.

Thankful for TurboTax to make such an intutive product to to take the frustration of filing taxes away.
What's great about it: If you can read- you can do your own taxes

Still the Best!

I've used TurboTax since 1995 (it was called Personal Tax Edge back then). I have always been pleased with the performance of the software. It always finds things for me that I would have over looked or been too lazy to look up. And with the easy carry-over import from year to year, I never have to worry. I plan on using it until the IRS is abolished.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, accurate
