Several pages printed with horizontal streaks and smudges. Couldn't figure out how to eliminate this.
Had credit card number in from previous years use. In mean time, I had changed to new credit card. No easy way to change the credit card.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, clear, concise.
What's not so great: Printing problems and credit card problems

This a good tool for someone trying to do thier own taxes, whether through the EZ or full 1040.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Some sections have very technical gargon

I have used it for several years. If I type in the right numbers - it is always correct. I also use Quicken - makes it easy!!!
