Intuitive Program

I really appreciate how intuitive this program is. I have just enough computer skills to be dangerous, and often find myself frustrated looking for the next step to take to complete a task. Hunting for answers can consume a lot of time. This one is put together with support right where you need it. Thank you!
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: Couldn't just update Turbo Tax Deluxe for 2011

TurboTax is an awesome product that is easy to use and understand. The step-by-step process makes sure nothing is missed and I feel confident that my taxes are done correctly. The whole tax process only takes a couple of hours, where previously it would consume a day. Thanks for making the tax experience quick and convenient!

Exceptionally easy

I used this program twice for 2011 tax filings. My and my husband's filing was rather simple to follow because I am employed and he is on Social Security. The second filing was for a deceased family member. Again all of the directions were clear and easy to follow. This is the 8th year that I have used the program and I won't switch to another program.
What's great about it: Easy to use - good explainations
What's not so great: none that I ran into

Ease of Mind

Overall the software is good! I've used it for several years and keep returning. I use to do my taxes by hand and like to have some control. That is why I like to follow my progress by returning to the forms.
What's great about it: I liked the step by step guide through the process. It gave me a sense of secuity.
What's not so great: I felt it was difficult for me to check the actual forms as I was proceeding through the process
