Very Easy To Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I particularly like that Turbo Tax brings information from my previous year into this year's return. I also really like It'sDeductible function.
What's great about it: Just answer the questions and everything is done correctly.
What's not so great: None.

Always easy, accurate, and fast

I have used TurboTax for several years and have, always, filed quickly and accurately. No problems with filing or documentation. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future. I suggest everyone to try this program, at least once. You will be very happy that you did!!!
What's great about it: Never has a problem with my filings
What's not so great: Government doesn't release files soon enough.

Quick, Easy!

Come prepared with your documentation and you can complete the process in a very short period of time. We filed electronically within a couple of hours of starting the process. Really appreciate the state portion of the program as well. Again--quick and easy.
What's great about it: Answers all questions as you progress through format.
What's not so great: Not easy to connect with previous years data.

Easier than ever

Much easier than going to a tax consultant, and more thorough. Everything was easy to understand and there were help tabs for each section. I've been using this for a few years now and it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use.
What's not so great: Non that I saw

NOT ABLE TO E-FILE

I have used TX alot over the years and could not
get it to file with two (2) 2106 forms. It has done it
in the past without problems.
What's not so great: Coule not E-File because of more than one 2106 or 2106EZ
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The deduction or credit for mortgage insurance or VA funding fee is not so clearly stated or understood. I had to go to the forums to get answers.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: you might want to have someone prepare your taxes first and compare it with TT
