When we had a problem with our refrigerator, Whirlpool customer service sent a repairman within 48 hours. Unfortunately he was unable to repair the unit Whirlpool stepped up and replaced the unit. We have bought two refrigerators in the past two years. We will never use another maker.I highly recommend this product and company to anyone.

Love our new whirlpool refrigerator!

Happy with our whirlpool refrigerator, bought it a month ago, no complaints so far; it's spacious and I like that when I open the door, everything is visible! Overall, it is a beautiful fridge, inside and out!

Have you ever hugged an appliance?

Our new refrigerator was delivered about a month ago to our new home. I never knew an appliance could make me so happy so I had to give it a hug :). Even my teenage daughter was excited. It has performed wonderfully letting us know if we haven't closed a door. In addition, we're eating more fruits and vegetables because we have a specific drawer for produce. Here's to a more healthy year and future.

Good Configuration

The configuration is what attracted us to this particular refrigerator. Rather than one large refrigerator drawer, which is the most common to see, it has two separate drawers, and one of these has a thaw feature.

Smart Design and Function

This Whirlpool is a benchmark of style and purpose. The increased storage space allows us to purchase perisables and frozen foods ahead of use time. Various drawers in the refrigerator make grouping similar foods together. Overall, we're very pleased with this appliance.

I have had the refrigerator for a month, and I have enjoyed it. We initially had problems with the ice maker, but the tech came out and fixed it within two days. It has been great ever since.

Great storage, Poor water/icemaker

I'm very pleased with the storage and the quiet close double drawers with easy access and still lots of room in the main refrigerator. However, the water dispenser drips more than any refrigerator I've ever had, and the icemaker stopped working within 4 days. Whirlpool sent the appliance repairman and he knew exactly what was wrong before he looked at the refrigerator because he said he has replaced many other of the same icemaker units so he ordered the parts and replaced the whole icemaker unit, and now the icemaker unit has a loud fan in it that runs continuously. The new icemaker has not produced ice, so he is coming back again to assess the problems. Very disappointed with the water/icemaker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the space

Everything is pretty good. Lots of usable space over our old side by side. Two small issues are noticeable right away. The two center drawers are soft close but not the freezer. The Ice Maker has a short delay when the glasses is pressed to the switch making me wonder if I have it pressed. I pull away to try again get ice on the floor. Just something I have to get used to.
