Very difficult to use. The vegetable holder holds food very poorly besides leaving about a half inch unreachable to the blade. I would suggest getting a mandoline with a V-shaped cutting blade.

I have owned many different mandolines previously however this one trumps them all. I sliced potatoes and julienned carrots and all sorts of vegetables with it. Safe and easy to use.
