Great tool, and a must for anybody who cooks at home. Has essential features such as control over thickness of cut as well as additional implements to cut thin or thicker strips (like julienne or french fries). Easy to use and looks fairly solid. It is not meant to substitute professional, all metal devices for a commercial kitchen use, but should be sufficient to home cook.
