[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 6 months ago. Very satisfied with it. The 2 lights inside and the big window in the door makes it very easy to see inside. The panel works well. Cooks evenly. A couple of down falls: take a bit long to preheat. The fan stays on a long time after you turn the oven off and you can not turn it off. The self-cleaning doesn't properly clean the window and it works for a minimum of 4 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Despite the short time of using them, I am very pleased about their performance. In particular, I've used the oven for baking and broiling and I couldn't ask for more. So far - so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven after a catastrophic failure of my original built in oven. I chose KichenAid for my kitchen after researching the brand. My new oven fit the space exactly that my much smaller GE occupied. The interior is spacious and has a lot of rack slot options to choose from. The only thing that takes getting used to is the fan noise. The purpose of the fan is to ensure even baking , which it does fabulously. I am completely in love with all of my Kitchenaid appliances.

Very Poor Quality!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Oven October 5, 2013, it was installed October 24, 2013. On December 31, 2013 it stopped working. I called for service and they could not get to me until January 6, 2014. The serviceman came out that morning and took a look at the oven and found that the fuse had blown in it. Lucky me they did not have one in stock and they had to order one. The fuse came in on January 8, 2014 and they came out and installed it. I did not use the oven again until January 14, 2014 because of some other issues in my kitchen. January 14, 2014 I turned it on and used it to bake something it worked fine. I walked away from it after I was done baking and came back about 45 minutes later and it had died again. It will not come back on, my guess is that it is the fuse again. I would not recommend this oven to anyone!!!!! At this rate I will have a serviceman at my house every week to repair this oven.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased May '14 and replaced a 30 year old oven. While you can hear the fan it's not a big deal. Takes longer to preheat than I thought it would. Took a while to get used to no bottom element. Very even heat, baking etc comes out perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love using this oven. However, the cooling fan that runs from the time the oven is turned on until it is FINALLY cool will surely drive me crazy. Isn't there a better way, Kitchenaid? I would recommend this oven with reservations because of this.
