I bought this in January after having a microwave/oven combo unit from 1992 in our house. The oven has great features and love the pull out racks. The microwave is so big for its size and cooks amazing. Would highly highly recommend

We compared many different brands and this 27 in combination is what we wanted. We think the appearance is ideal for our décor . So far the operation has been perfect. One slight negative is that the oven takes longer to heat up than our old GE.

We bought our new oven/microwave combination to replace a much older version of the same oven, which we loved. It is similar but is much nicer because of the sleek look and the new features that it has. It evens "talks" to you (i.e. reminding you to push Start when you've set the oven temperature, letting you know that the time will start when the oven is pre-heated when you use Cook Time, etc) It's wonderful!

The only complaint I have is that the bottom oven had some type of plastic or rubber to hold in the oven racks. This has melted and burned on the oven with use of the oven.
