I bought this oven over 6 months ago when I did a total gut job on my kitchen. My daughter-in-law told me how much she loved her kitchenaid ovens and urged me to get this one. Love the microwave oven combination. It is so versatile and the microwave is the right height for me. I have seen them when they are practically over your head which is not safe. Also love the surprise of the cobalt blue inside when I open it to remove dinner. Another convenience is the meat thermometer. So easy to use and keep clean. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone.

Love my new ovens!

We have had this oven for two months now and are very pleased with it. The 27" oven/microwave fit perfectly in the opening left by our former GE oven/microwave and it looks great. We haven't used the convection feature yet, but both the oven and microwave work well. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little uncertain about buying the oven because of people's complaints about the fan noise, but I am glad to say that the sound of the fan (that runs while the oven is heating and then until the oven has cooled down) is very minor and doesn't bother us at all. To speed up the cooling, I sometimes leave the oven door cracked open and it shuts off within a couple of minutes. My least favorite thing about the oven is the amount of time it takes to preheat, but it seems like a lot of newer ovens have this problem. My favorite things about the oven are the looks, inside and out, the great interior lighting that makes it so easy to tell how your food is cooking, and the three easy to slide racks inside. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase.

Our old wall oven/microwave combo died a week before Christmas & we had 21 people coming for Christmas dinner. Luckily our local appliance dealer had one Kitchenaid combo in stock and all was well. It works great (still learning the many features it offers). One downside--the control panel on top does not have a back light to it and it is difficult to see the controls in the evening; I use a flashlight to read them. Otherwise it has been very satisfactory.
