Oven was installed 20th of December. Cooked a wonderful Christmas Dinner in it. Only complaint is the fan is so loud at times it sounds like it is going to take off. Hope this is not a real problem in the future.

Love the look. Does the job. Really like the small oven. Maybe have a lower rack to allow for larger dish. Ovens take a long time to preheat. Haven't figured out all features--could use a video demo. Also explain how to clean the blue interior. VIDEO DEMO would be great.

Cons: long time to preheat, need better instruction on use

I bought this product two weeks ago and it has worked wonderfully. I don't understand the complaints about the fan. The oven fan is quiet and stops within a few minutes after the oven has been cancelled. The microwave fan is louder but even that is hardly noticeable. The features on this appliance are outstanding and the materials feel substantial and well put together. The design is tasteful and modern.

Microwave doesn't fully cook popcorn

We have had the oven for 3 months now. Our kids love to eat popcorn and watch movies. We have tried using the popcorn button on the microwave and have also increased the cook time by setting the cook time manually. Both methods result in nearly a fistful of unpopped kernels or about 1/5 of the bag. Appears the microwave simply won't get hot enough as the kernels quit popping before the cycle is complete. Outside of that, it has been great.

The combination we bought is a good unit. Our biggest problem is using the convection microwave and stove. Very little if not none to explain how to cook with the convection.

This is a really nice looking appliance that seems as if it would look good in a variety of styles of kitchens. I looked at a lot of microwave/wall oven combos and chose this one because I was replacing another KitchenAid combo that had lasted 22 years and based on its price, appearance, and functionality.The only thing I don't like about this appliance is the microwave oven door opens from the top rather than the side. It gets in my way. I am used to one opening like a door; perhaps I'll feel differently when I get used to this one.

This wall oven/micro-wave combination is great!! You can do so many things with the microwave that I am excited because everyday I learn a new use and I have gotten rid of smaller appliances as I know longer need them. I also love the blue color in the oven and the ease to move the racks
