I didn't expect a an expensive wall oven to have bad part right out the box. when used it made a very loud roar. Had to take unit back out of wall to fix because the fan was designed to be installed from the back instead of the inside.(wow). Finally got it fixed and its working good now.

I am very happy with our micro/oven combo. The microwave is strong and roomey. The oven for it's compact design is pretty spacious and i really enjoy the pull out rack on the bottom!!

This is a very attractive appliance especially the cobalt blue interior. There are two negatives in my opinion. One, you cannot put foil on the bottom to protect it from spills so I am constantly cleaning it up. Second, the fan is very noisy and runs a long time after the oven is off.

unit has control panel problems, would not change heat settings, etc, slow to heat to selected temperature. Fan makes vibration noise, sounds like hitting something. Oven door does not seal tightly enough, lets steam out.

The microwave is the problem. The fan NEVER goes off when you use it unless you open the door. So if you have something in there, forget about it and leave, it will still be running hours later when you return. It doesn't have a auto potato button and things take forever to heat up. The micro wave is a BIG disappointment.

I am finding this over hard to use mainly because it takes so long to preheat. One time it too so long to heat up that I had to but my food in before it reached the proper temp. My meal was not cooked properly as a result. This is a huge inconvenience.
