We are happy with the oven-- but LIGHTED DIALS AND CONTROLS WOULD MAKE THIS SOOOO MUCH EASIER TO USE AT NIGHT! We keep a flashlight handy!

Just a few Problems

Have had our Combo Unit for 7 months. It performs well, except the Lower Oven takes a very long time to pre-heat. I do not like the pull-down door of the Microwave. It is hard to reach in, and it's impossible to clean the back wall of occasional splatters because I can't reach it. Do you sell a cleaning utensil with a very long handle? It is annoying when the fan in the microwave doesn't turn off automatically at the end of cooking. The light and the protective screen make it impossible to see clearly into the microwave. The light in the Lower Oven is so bright, you need sunglasses!

My convection combination with microwave wall oven was installed one month ago and I love it! It is nice not to have a clunky microwave on my countertops. Additionally, the oven cooks well (standard and convection). I have not tried the convection feature in the microwave/convection combo yet but if it works as well as the main oven, I know I will be pleased. The oven is easy to use and looks great in the kitchen.

Pros: Performance, Design, Innovative, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: the microware door should swing out instead of dow

Convection feature in both ovens is nice

We've been using it a month now and it works well. It seems to take longer than our old oven to preheat but the shorter cook time due to the convection feature seems to offset that; overall cooking time is about the same I would guess. It looks great and it isn't as loud as our old oven. I was expecting the worse on the noise level based on other online reviews. Overall this has been a nice upgrade for us.
