Don't like the pull down microwave door .Very hard to clean

Pull down door is in the way must have a long reach
To be able to do so.
Also , the cleaning feature on the oven
Takes 4 hours
My oven hardly had any real need to even be cleaned
But, my husband cleaned it anyway.

Replaced a 20 year old combo over and Microwave, we now have

Our 20 year old oven and microwave worked but it did not do all the things this oven does. We purchased it because of had a planned family gathering for Christmas 2012 week. It was hard to figure out how to use, but our sister has one that is 2 years old and she showed us the little things we did not know how to use. Still have not used all the things but for what we wanted it has been everything we expected.

We had an older version of this same oven, and this is a nice improvement. The outside is nicely updated, and the inside is easier to clean.

We installed this about 6 weeks ago. Looks great. We like the micro/speed oven combo- handy when you want to do something in less time. The main oven is noisy- fan runs a lot, and it's slow to come up to temp- says its there about 20 minutes before it actually is (tech is going to check this and see if it can be calibrated). Warming drawer is handy- we are used to double ovens, and when entertaining 27 a few weeks ago, we had enough space to make it work well.

I have only owned this oven about 6 weeks, but I can say that the more I use it the more I like it. As with any new appliance, it takes a while to get used to it and learn the best way to use it. I have read the instruction book (my husband has not!) and I've found it most helpful. And it looks beautiful in my kitchen. I used the self cleaning feature recently and it looks like new!

We bought this a few weeks ago and I'm still learning how to use it. LOVE the oven lights that make it really easy to see how things are baking. Lots of room in the microwave.
Wish there was more info included about USING all the features in this combo - I hate to do "trial and error - maybe this will work" when making meals for the family.....some sample recipes in the owners manual would be very helpful.

So far we are very happy with our new oven combo. The only complaint I have is the lack of training on using a convection oven, never having used one. I think the users manual is lacking, but otherwise we love it!
