This is my second unit like this one. I'm getting used to where to buttons are but prefer my older unit. We replaced it because of the white color and went to the stainless steel. The oven...I miss the convention option and not having to preheat the oven. That was wonderful in my older unit.

Fully solid state functions..baking is a dream no more dirty oven to clean due to the surround convection heating is very even and efficient (my old Jennair) was hard to stop the splashes and oven mess..

Love the look & user friendliness of this oven, but in 3 months it's been serviced 3 times. First to replace the main electronics control board. Second to replace a blower, which did not address the noise issue, and third, another attempt to fix the vibration/ noise. The loud noise started after I used the self-clean feature for the first & only time. The last service technician also discovered that the convection fan was coming on during regular baking, which is why I have to adjust temp & cook times so things don't burn. He has ordered parts to address that issue.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: when cooking moist foods condensation builds up, cooks too fast & hot, loud noise when oven reaches high temp, vents into kitchen which really heats it up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a part of my remodel and I love the fact that it looks great and is a smaller size then most combos. It fits in the space perfectly. so far the micro and oven work great. I have not tried the convection oven but I am sure I will once I move back in. The blue interior is a nice surprise every time I open the oven.

When I purchased this combination microwave/convection and regular wall oven/convection oven, I thought the idea of having 4 ovens in one too good to be true. Well, it isn't. The microwave works perfectly as both a regular microwave and a convection oven and the regular oven is spot-on for cooking and browning. No regrets purchasing this appliance. Bravo, Kitchenaid!
