Nice looking but not that easy to use and very loud.

The beeps are too loud and having 5 beeps at the end of a cycle is too much. The door also opens quite loudly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a good little microwave

Sadly, my previous Sharp microwave bit the dust after 18 years of use. As Sharp doesn't seem to be a popular brand anymore, I chose this Whirlpool because it was the closest model in terms of simplicity, size, and functionality. I think the inside cubic ft dimensions are calculated strangely nowadays. My former one was only 0.9 cubic ft, but had noticeably more interior room than this 1.1 cubic ft one. Hence the 4 star rating vs. 5. It is used almost daily, mostly for reheating leftovers and boiling water for tea. All in all, I'm happy with this model for the few months I've had it. If you're looking for a simple counter-top microwave without a lot of bells and whistles this one fits the bill nicely.

LOVE my new Microwave

It not only looks awesome but works like a charm. I never worry about food coming out too cold or burn to a crisp. It is so easy to use. When I bought it the saleman wanted me to go a size larger but I love this size it fits perfect in my condo and the full size dinner plates fit perfect no worries just smiles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid Microwave

This product has a 30 second heating button feature.

We have to press too hard to enter the time for heating. Most of the time we have to press the Start button 2 or 3 times before it starts heating. The 30 second button works well. We wish there were a 1-minute button. The handle on the door works well and is easy to open.

IT TOOK MY WIFE ALL OF ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO FIGURE IT OUT WITHOUT THE USER MANUAL AND SHE'S NOT TECH SAVY. THE POWER LEVELS ARE GREAT AND THE DEFROST IS ABOUT YHE BEST i'VE SEEN IN A MICROWAVE Great Kitchen tool.
