Once you read manual on how to select power level of microwave, it is a great feature. The beverage selection is great as it heats liquid as hot as anyone would like. The other express selections are very handy especially the entree. The black and stainless is very attractive. I would recommend this microwave to anyone looking to buy a medium size well priced microwave. Haven't used it long enough to really get the best feel for it.

So far, considering the short time I've used this product it performs according to description. Runs very quietly. I like the size of the turntable and the many features it offers, especially the quick settings for potatoes, etc . It's around the same size as my previous micro so it fits well on my counter top. Time will determine its quality to hold up under constant use over years of performance.

I love this models sleek new modern design. It's stainless steeel and black finish really blend in with the rest of my whirlpool appliances throughout the kicthen. I've never seen a microwave with all the great extra features. I could never get the cooking time right for popcorn. Now with the popcorn button all I have to do is touch one button and not have to worry about burnt popcorn on movie night. The information listed on the inside of the microwave makes cooking times a breeze, It's by far the best unit I've ever owned.

Very quiet!

We hardly know the microwave is on because it is so quiet. We installed ours in a space below the countertop, so we wanted a design with a handle on the front instead of a push-button, like so many microwaves have these days. We are happy with this one so far (had it ~3 months).

I bought this mostly based on price and size from an on-line picture. It works very well and looks great w/our combo of stainless steel and black appliances. We needed to stay within budget because the kitchen was just remodeled and there was not a lot of wiggle room in the budget. I didn't catch a flaw in the kitchen re-design and neglected to have a space assigned for the microwave to be mounted. Instead, I did a work around I really enjoy now and this unit worked perfectly. It is perfectly situated on the shelf of a solid wood hutch I added to the kitchen and it looks as if that was always the plan for it. Warms stuff quickly & thoroughly, it is easy to maintain & clean... love the 30 sec increment increase to adjust warming times. Thanks!

We bought this unit several months ago after our old Whirlpool unit expired. Unit heats well but the turntable intermittently makes loud noise, and the surface over the start button has blistered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
