Slow to heat; noisy; beautiful inside and out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks can be deceiving. This model is beautiful inside and out. However, the fan is very noisy (sounds like a plane's engine) and it stays on for at least 30 mins after use; it's very slow to heat to desired temperature (can take 30-45 mins to get to 400); and simply opening the door for a few seconds to add / remove food sends the temperature plummeting (usually 100 degrees). I'm not sure if it's defective or just adjusted incorrectly, or if it's simply a bad model.
Pros: easy to use, Design, Convenient Features
Cons: Noisy, Performance, Very slow to heat
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we replaced all our kitchen appliances. Been in the house for 2 months and had to call the repairman! Oven heats but wont hold the temp! We replaced a 40 year old GE oven that worked perfectly for this that you have to stand at and restart every 5 min. to cook anything! Happens in both ovens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Kitchenaid double oven, microwaave, dishwasher, stove top, and refrigerator when I redid the kitchen in May 2013. Both the refrigerator and one of the ovens needed repair within 6 months. and the fridge has developed another problem since the repair. And the dishwasher does not clean as well as the Kenmore I had before. This does not live up to the quality I expected from Kitcheb Aid.
Pros: Nice overall design
Cons: quality of performance
