[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my ovens for about 10 days. I have noticed it takes a lot of time for the oven to reach the set temperature. It also takes a long time for the fan to quit running once the oven is turned off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new house and decided on these double ovens. They are so good looking I hated to use them but alas I did. I baked a most delicious blueberry pie and it came out looking so perfect that it looked faked. My friends asked me if it was plastic!!! No, just a perfectly baked pie. I can't wait to use it for the holidays and give them a workout!. Thanks Kitchenaid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the oven about three months ago. I love the cobalt blue interior which causes light reflection to cause foods to appear natural through the glass. Also love that each oven has a sturdy double slide shelf to make removal of heavier items easier. The convection conversion feature is also great. Love my oven!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven takes a long time to heat up- at least 20 minutes and the fan is noisy and takes over an hour after cooking to shut off. The service person said this is normal. I would not recommend this oven to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen Aid products mean dependability. The double oven temperatures are always correct. All my cakes and pies bake evenly, which is extremely important when you bake homemade cakes constantly. I use my oven daily so it gets a lot of use. We picked the kitchen Aid for the size of the oven. It is bigger then most ovens on the market for wall oven and we know their product are great! .I also have a mixer and a new food processor that I can cut cucumbers in for pickles instead of chopping off my finger. Their product last. I recommend all their products. They are wonderful to use and the bottom grate in the ovens is on rollers so it slides out easily. It is also easy to read the controls which is important as we get older. buy one today
Pros: Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this convection double oven to replace a kitchen aid convection oven purchased in 1999. I loved the old ovens, which were working perfectly except the electronic panel failed and could not be repaired or replaced, as the parts had been discontinued. The new ovens, which have the same product number as the old ones, but have been redesigned in ways that do not allow parts to be interchangable, have most of the features that I loved about the old ones, but the doors are bigger, making it difficult to reach into the oven to place and retrieve food. The shelves are also heavier, which in my opinion was unnecessary as my old shelves never buckled even with the heaviest loading. The new shelves are more difficult to move around when in use and more difficult to store when not in use. The features are good but none of them are new.
