It's LOUD!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling fan on this oven can be heard over the TV, and continues running until the oven cools down, making dinner at the kitchen table an exercise in frustration, as there is now a loud, noisy guest; our new oven. If it were not for the loud cooling fan, we would love this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best purchase I have ever made for my kitchen. I replaced an 18 year old oven. The new new size and features are amazing. I installed a 26" double over where the old 19" oven microwave combination was located with minimal modifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the features but have had some issues with it. For example, you cannot raise the temperature of the oven to a different temperature while it is on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago to put in a new house but didn't really start using it until we moved in about three months ago. The first thing that I noticed it is is noisy. And the upper oven is even noisier than the lower. The second thing I notice is that it DOES NOT cook evenly in either convection or normal. I love to cook and bake and have never had such trouble. A pan of cookies will have burnt cookies and under done cookies on the same pan. My bread will be burnt on one side of the loaf. I am very dissatisfied with this oven. And to think I paid thousands of dollars for this and now I'm stuck with it. Did I get a lemon or do others have this problem?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven set a month ago and am so excited to have 2 ovens now. The quality is great and the best part is they don't heat up my entire kitchen. They bake evenly and usually in less time than my previous oven. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought and returned this because I was told that it had a convection and traditional mode. The problem is that even in traditional mode, there is still a fan going which overcooks food. You cannot bake bread in this. It takes too long to heat up, and it takes so long to come back up to temperature after opening the door that it never reaches proper cooking temperature. Also, the broiler comes on during reheating cycle so your food burns. Over engineered.

Cooks evenly but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure if it was supposed to make so much noise. But after seeing other reviews it is normal. However, I am pleased that it cooks well and evenly which is what matters to me. So if you want an oven that cooks multiple items evenly than this is the oven to go with. But if you want a quiet oven, then look elsewhere.
Pros: Cooks evenly, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Frustrated and Annoyed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased thru our contractor for 2013-2014 kitchen remodel. Preheating and cooling down each take at least 20-30 min. If oven door is opened during preheating, the preheating temp goes back down. Not cost effective! Thought we bought a lemon but I see others are having the same issues. Looks good, cooks nicely but the other features are very frustrating and annoying.
