Looks nice but very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the appearance of the double ovens looks nice. It takes some time to get familiar with the controls, not as intuitive as other ovens I've owned (e.g., LG). You cannot turn on the top and bottom interior lights separately, it's all or none, poorly designed in my opinion. Biggest complaint, the fans are extremely noisy when the ovens are running, I can hear it half way across my house. Fans sounds as if they're vibrating the house. I don't mind the whistling noise when the ovens are cooling off but the fan noise drives me nuts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is outstanding upgrade from older double non-convection ovens. Cooks food evenly and the computer calculation from regular baking to convection is simple and easy to use.
The only negative is the length of time to preheat and to cool down, as well as the loud fan that is running during the process.
Pros: Convenient Features, Performance, easy to use

The cons are: smoky- when I open the door I am afraid the alarm will go off
Glass always gets dirty on the inside
Seems to run for awhile after turning off
