[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Able to bake 3 cheesecakes at one time ,all coming out perfectly, holds large roasting pans , cooks very thourough. only wish the top and bottom ovens could have separate lite( lite turns on both ovens)

Cons: bottom and top oven lite both on at same time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought before thanksgiving. Able to cook lots of food. Convection didn't seem to speed things up - still tool normal times to cook a turkey. Slide out shelves are really nice.

I am not sure I would have purchased it if I had known I was going to receive all of the unwanted emails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't done any real baking yet, baked potatoes, fish, a meat loaf, keeping things warm. It was ok. I got used to using convection in a previous kitchen, so that was one of the features that I was looking for. There are a couple of things I do find irritating:
1. The timer has no option for seconds which I think is a major problem. If you want to broil something for 2 minutes and 30 seconds? You get 2 hours and 30 minutes. We have an older Kitchenaid in our granny unit, and its timer allows setting seconds.
2. It's noisy. The fan is very loud while it's working and after it's turned off while it's cooling. I had a Bosch double oven in my previous kitchen which I loved. The sales person steered me toward the Kitchenaid because it had everything the Bosch did plus the blue interior which makes the food's appearance more natural while it is in the oven.
We plan to stay in this house for the rest of our lives. I wish I'd stuck with Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even when the ovens are not set to convection, they bake items faster and care needs to be taken when time and temperature affect the product. I have had a serviceman out to check the ovens twice and he could find nothing wrong. The fans remain on long after the ovens are turned off and are quite noisy. I wish someone would have warned me as it is quite annoying.

Fan extremely noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new purchase. In home about 6 months now. Product performs well when only utilizing lower oven. When using both ovens, upper fan motor becomes extremely loud. Technician attributed noise to 2 speed fan. I do not believe that a fan should be loud enough to disturb persons in kitchen.
