[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven for about two months. It looks really sharp along with my other appliances. I read some of the other reviews and was a little concerned it may not heat up very fast, but I am completely happy with the speed it heats up., even to 500 degrees. There are three issues I feel the ovens could use improvement.
1) I bought the dual convection oven with temperature probes in both. The issue I have is only even though both oven with use a probe, only one probe comes with the ovens. I was very disappointed to find that out after all of the research and the
price I paid.
2) I really wish the control panel was back lit in so way. It's difficult to read the controls without turning on the lights in the kitchen.
3) The last item is the sound from some fan blowing at all times while the oven is on or hot. At first I thought it was the convection fans, but I was wrong. As long as the oven is on or hot, there is some fan deep inside that blows and blows. The noise took some time to get used to since my previous convection oven did not make noise unless the convection option was used.
Other than the minor gripes I mentioned above, the ovens have been wonderful. The cook evenly and baked goods come out beautifully.

After much research and visits to appliance stores, we put kitchenaide at the top of our list! During the last two month, I have found baking a breeze, true even temperatures and love those sliding shelves. The user manual is easy to understand and it encourages me to try new things...last night the probe and the convection oven! FABULOUS. Highly recommended. A little pricey, but definitely worth it!
