[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this oven 3 months and love it! It heats more evenly than my previous oven (which wasn't convection). It has more room, more racks, the wonderful extending rack for heavy items, and huge windows with a side-mounted light for outstanding visibility. My fan is very quiet. The oven exterior and the interior windows are easy to clean. I haven't needed the self-cleaning function yet. Cons: It only dings once softly when pre-heating is done, so I usually don't hear it. I set the timer for 15 minutes to be safe. When programming the oven, you need to remember to press the "Start" button at the end--I often forget, which is bad because the oven then cancels the program and doesn't start heating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ovens met all the criteria that I was looking for in ovens: Double convection, double self-clean, easy-to-use instrument panel, beautiful design both inside and out, racks that were a breeze to slide in and out, and the blue interior makes it easy to see food without opening the oven doors. These ovens are a little more pricey than most but well worth the extra $ spent. I would not hesitate to buy them again.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance, Innovative, Design
Cons: does not come with a convection cookbook, heating and cooking instructions are not clear

My wife loves the convection oven and it does a great job cooking. We are still learning all of the features but have been very pleased with the performance so far.
