[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy with the double over, but it takes 15-20 minutes to pre-heat. I guess I was so used to gas ovens reaching cooking temperatures in 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if this oven (which is expensive) had a booster heating device to bring it to temperature in half the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this double wall oven 4 days before Thanksgiving when we tried to self clean our old DCS oven in preparation for the holiday and the display computer board was fried. Thank goodness that PC Richards was able to deliver and install two days before Thanksgiving and both ovens performed as advertised on Consumer Reports. It looks great and we love the blue interior, the rolling racks and all the other bells and whistles. All the roasts come out perfectly and evenly cooked. We have not tried the convection mode and haven't used self cleaning feature yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 30-inch double oven was purchased over 4 months ago and I have been extremely pleased with it. It is beautiful inside. The ovens are brightly lit allowing for a great view of the items that are in the oven. The racks with rollers make them so easy to pull out allowing easy access. Each rack has a large opening in the front allowing for a thick hot mitt to easily grasp the racks - a really great feature. This oven was purchased with some concern because of reviews about the noise from the fan and the long time for the oven to cool down. The problem has been solved by opening the oven door slightly after shutting the oven off. It takes about 10 minutes for the fan to turn off. The racks also need to be pushed tightly into place which helps to eliminate the vibration that causes additional noise. I do not find the noise any worse than the exhaust fan in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We redid a whole kitchen and I was pleasantly surprised to see that our new KitchenAid double oven had 2 offset lights that actually light up the whole inside to see everything cooking. Then they added a middle area to pull out the oven rack easily. To top it off I found the oven heated up very quickly and I thought I just like the looks and great shade of blue interior. Very top of the line and hats off to who ever was on the design team. Also, it is easy to use and I didn't need to read the directions to figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven about 2 months ago, and am extremely happy with it! Love having convection in both oven, and the temperature probe ensure my roasts are done to perfection. Heats up quickly, and is much quieter than my old oven. Love that it vents from the bottom so that it does not blow directly on the electronic pad, that is what killed my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ovens do everything we wanted and more...Roast, Bake, Broil, Proof Bread. And the best part is there is two of them! We used the temp probe last week for a leg of lamb and our guests kept going on about the flavor, but more importantly how is amazing and really was worth the few extra hundred bucks...it just cooks so evenly and ensures the heat is AROUND the food, not just on top or bottom. Did I mention that we have two ovens now...love this purchase and they look amazing in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love the look and functionality of this oven. It doesn't have a bunch of overly fancy features that you wouldn't use, and is super user friendly. My one complaint of this oven is it takes a LONG home to preheat. Like, 25 minutes to get to 425. I'm not sure if this is normal for this product or i got unlucky, but we really love it regardless. It also has a "cool down" feature so there's a fan inside that runs for awhile after you turn the oven off, but it's quiet and doesn't bother me.
