Since I like my coffee or tea piping hot, I set a favorite selector to 1 minute and 30 seconds. Now all I have to do is push favorite and it comes up instantly. Did the same for my oatmeal - 1 minute and 40 seconds programmed into favorite 2. Two pushes and it's done.

Another great appliance from Whirlpool

I love everything about this microwave except the automatic feature for heating up plates of food. It's true that it heats them up really well wtih no splatters, but it takes about 5 minutes which is fine for one plate. If you are heating up more than one, the first one will be cold by the time you are finished. I just use the regular full-power timed heating for multiple plates which is fine. I also like it that this microwave takes up less space than my last one, but still has the same cubic feet.

Micrwaving aspcect is ok but the rest is ridicullous

The door is so difficult to open I can't believe that it was allowed to goto market with this flaw. Also, the light stays on until the door is closed.Would it not make more sense to have the light on during the micrwaving process or a light that automaticall goes off?Not a very well thoguht out item and I am very sorry I bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am astounded by the efficiency of this product. Although it cooks and warms quickly, it has never overwarmed anything. I am impressed.This is a reliable, efficient product.

Great, no nonsense microwave

This is a great product. It's not loaded with unnecessary features, so it's easy to use and easy to set the time. It's well designed and easy to clean and the turn table is easily removed to access underneath. It's basic styling compliments a modernized kitchen and adds a touch of class in a small apartment. It is also remarkably quiet compared to other microwave ovens I've used. Great buy for the price.Some who have purchased this oven find that the unit slides when opening the door. I put a piece of double sided tape under the feet and it hasn't moved since I installed the oven.10/10, would purchase again.

For the price, this is an excellent product. It is the size that I wanted and fits in the spot I have set for a microwave. It heats up the product quickly and efficiently. I like the color as it fits my modern style.

Good basic countertop

Medium size is just right for us. It has far more features than we'll ever use, but the beverage and popcorn keys get a lot of use. I like the 30 second auto start and add functions. My only gripe is the amount of force required to push the open button. Have to have my wrist just so to open the door. Heating seems pretty even, no hot spots.
