this microwave is a little cooler than the one I owned previously but that is ok because things don't seem to spill over as much. The defrost cycle works well. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I love the way this works. Once you get the settings down it is easy to use. It was bigger than I thought but I'm planning to cook a ham for the holidays in it while the turkey will occupy the main oven.

I love my new microwave it does everything I needed to do and it's just the right size everything is great I have whirlpool products throughout my house I have a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher I have new Whirlpool gas stove I have two new Whirlpool washer and dryer side loads I love them you make terrific products now all I need is a new refrigerator to go with all my Whirlpool products thanks for making my life easy

I chose the microwave because of appearance. I needed a specific size and of all the options available, this one looked the nicest and it has proven to be easy to clean and easy to program. It beeps very loudly and I wish I could turn the volume down.

I waited two weeks for this microwave to arrive to the store and it was worth the wait even though I could have chosen something else. I wanted this brand since it has been the number one brand in all my prior appliance purchases and needed the 1.1 cu ft microwave because of space. The one touch features attracted me and it makes cooking and reheating so much easier. I wanted a silent audible sound and the door takes a good push of the button to open, but all the other features this unit has makes up for it. Great heating for a smaller oven.

I love my stove and microwave. They are giving me excellent service. They replaced my stove with built in microwave tnat was 35 years old They are a little different.and much quicker in heating up. I don't use near the electricity.
