I waited a bit too long to update my kitchen stovetop - but am very pleased with the new kitchenaid. It is fast and even-heating. It cleans up easily too! It fit easily into existing cabinetry which made installation a breeze.

My new cooktop has been installed for a week. It matches my new brushed nickel appliances. The range works well, evenly heating the pans. I like the knobs because my eyesight is poor, and the flat top ranges with smooth "on & off" buttons are very hard to see. A salesman told me to just lay my hand on the burner to see which was turned on with that model. Is he crazy? So, the knobs are a plus for me ( and anyone else who wants to see what they are doing on a cooktop ).
