I use my stove a lot-several times a day and I'm very fussy about cleaning it. I've only had it a few months and I'm already starting to notice that I'm not able to clean it to look like new(my last stove is being used in my summer kitchen and still looks like new after 12 years). The top is very streaky and there are areas that are showing wear. I really would like this stove to look new and from past experience, I've been told that appliances are not built to withstand the amount of cooking that I do- disappointing...

Purchased 2 years ago along with a dishwasher and refrigerator for our newly renovated kitchen. The range works well and I like the new cleaning feature. Disadvantages are that the oven vents are right below the burner knobs (they get hot) and the oven door allows moisture to get between the glass pains. Tech from PC Richards came out and showed me how to disassemble the door for cleaning. I wish there were replacement knobs that didn't retain the heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The thing I like most about my new range is that it is easy to clean. I've done a lot of great baking. The only thing I have a problem with is the burner knobs get very hot when the oven is on.

I have a small house and have been doing things over. I was without a stove for a long time and I did a lot of looking and talking to people. I went with the name brand. Trying to get a good deal and it worked out better than I had hoped. We love the stove and my girl friend looks forward to cooking. It has toys and she is learning them. Bottom line is that after 2 months of use we have no regrets and would recommend this stove and brand.

I love the look of the new stove. The large glass in the door is great. The glass top is very difficult to keep clean and when you lift the grates they are heavy and can scratch the back if you aren't very careful.
