We were attracted to this stove the moment we saw it. Works great and looks good in our kitchen. However, the grates were not cast evenly so that the cooking vessel rocks back anf forth while in the process of cooking. I called your customer support and they sent me some new grates. They seem better as the right front part of it seems pretty level (happens to be the burner we use most. There is still some unvenness with the rest of the burner locations. We have gotten used to it so everything is OK. So far so great!!!!

We got the range just before we were having about 20 people over for dinner. The oven worked just great and cooked the food even faster then our old oven. The burner are hotter then own old range and even boil water much faster then before.

Great stove with lots of potential #I guess#. The manual is very basic. Kitchenaid needs to get a demonstration team to make a Youtube video and cover in depth the use and many great features of this stove.

We bought this range for the 5.8 cu. L capacity. But we also enjoy the Easy Convect automatic conversion feature.
Pros: easy to use, Design, Performance

i chose this model because it could be delivered by christmas eve which was just two days away when my dacor oven/range died. it works well but there are design flaws that would prevent me from recommending to a friend: the black enamel top is very difficult to clean and remains 'marked up' from certain types of food; the burner controls become very hot when the oven is in use; final complaint it only has one timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like not having to scrub burner pans anymore. My favorite feature is the preheat screen that shows what temperature my oven is at and when it is at the required temp. I love the huge oven screen that lights up and allows me to see how my food is cooking without opening the door. Convection cooking is wonderful option. I am also glad the gas stoves have the added drawer for storage now.

The grate covers are large and bulky. They are wonderful for cooking, but can be a handful when trying to clean. When they are removed the stove top is a breeze to clean. The AquaClean technology hasn't performed for us. We have had to find a alternate method to clean the oven. Cooking and features of this unit are great.

I bought this range as it was cheaper than repairing the old one. Oven door has relatively big window: it is easy to see what is baking inside. One issue that we noticed is that it is easy to inadvertently turn on knob without igniting gas. I guess that we need to get used to this feature...
