I really love Kitchenaid. Its a great stove. However one of the knobs for whatever reason is not at its upright position. The stove is only a year old. And dealing with your lovely warranty department makes me want to jump off a cliff and live.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the size of the oven but the large burners are in the front of range and it would be better if they were in the back, Also there is a vent under the controls that I didn't know about and when I was cleaning I sliced my finger on it, its very sharp and should have been filed down.
Pros: easy to use

I love my new stove! The five burners are great. It is easy to clean although I haven't cleaned the oven yet with the water process...I'm anxious to see how that works. It seems like it will last a life time and is a very good looking unit. I have one complaint and that is the knobs are in front and we tend to bump into them and accidentally turn them on which we have to be very careful not to do.

Purchased 3 months ago & the range has been working very good so far. Never thought I would like a convection oven, but found out it's great cooking 2 pizzas at a time. They both get done at the same time & the same doneness. No more having 1 crispier than the other! Haven't used all the features yet. The only thing we have found is with taking the grates off to clean the range top & putting the grates back on some of the enamel is getting scratched in a few spots.
Pros: easy to use, Performance, Convenient Features
