[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this cooktop because of the positioning of the two large burners in the front. I wanted a five-burner cooktop, and there are not many with both large burners in front, which is most practical for the large meals I prepare. I also like the controls on the side with removable knobs for cleaning. So far, I am very pleased. The stove heats efficiently and is fairly easy to clean, although it takes a little extra work to make it look streak-free. My husband usually cleans it, then wipes again with a damp kitchen towel to give it a polished look. My previous KitchenAid had cast iron burners, which I loved, so I wasn't sure how I would like the flat-top. But the adjustment was easy, and my KitchenAid appliances outlast other brands I have owned. This appliance was a little more pricey than some other brands, but I'm hoping it will last longer than other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice . easy to use.. do not like how crumbs, etc accumulate in the front metal strip- but due to the lip drop in , cannot be helped . my other one did not have that . also do not like that there isn't a design in the cooktop {ike my other) so you can really see dirt /marks on surface .. until u clean it

Pros: Convenient Features, Innovative
Cons: i must look at the diagrams to find knob
