Our oven has been installed for one month and we are still experiencing a learning curve with convection but this undoubtedly the best oven we have ever had. It is fast and efficient. The cooking space is large and bright and the racks move easily.

Overall the over works well. We had to have a service guy look at it because it was installed improperly. It does take awhile to heat up though.

There is a fan in the back of the oven that runs constantly while cooking. Even tho that is what helps the oven keep an even temp, the fan will start to rattle really loudly. When the rattle gets to be to much I will have to open the oven door which will stop the fan altogether. Then when I shut the door the fan will start again but the rattle will be gone for awhile. I really enjoy the even cooking this oven does compared to my last one which was 26 yrs old. The grand kids and I do allot of baking together and no longer do we have to rotate our pans to get the food to cook evenly.
Pros: true temp cooking, Convenient Features, Performance, the temp prob, easy to use
Cons: fan that rattles

this oven really cooks good. the oven is noisy and takes forever to cool down. the unit has a cooking fan that will keep running 30 to 40 minutes after you shut the heat off. the oven is easy to clean. we like kitchen aid products and are very happy with the oven.

Cons: Very noisy
