I love that the oven "sings" to me when it is done preheating and when the timer goes off. It is much nicer than the loud buzz of my old oven timer. I have never used a convection oven, but decided to try this combination one because it has 3 racks. We used the convection to cook our Thanksgiving turkey and it turned out wonderful in much less time than the standard oven.

Oven features a fan which cools it down and ventilates it which is nice when you use the oven as pot/pan storage. Great oven with the basic features and a slide out rack. Time to preheat the oven is a bit slow though.

If you have a suite of the Architect series appliances and you need to replace a unit the handles are interchangeable.

I bought this stove about a year ago and have been very impressed. I love the flat display which is easy to read, operate and clean:). The hidden elements inside make oven cleaning a breeze, and the blue color is very eye catching as well. Overall it is a great addition to my kitchen as the styling fits perfectly as well. The best part of all is the cook feature with the temperature probe that cooks to an exact inside temperature, then automatically switches to stay warm without over cooking. Without having to open the oven to constantly check, I can cook the perfect roast, ham, and yes.... A wonderful juicy Christmas turkey!!! Can't make enough praises as it is just an awesome oven at a great price, you won't be dissappointed!!!
