I am a professionally trained chef, and, for my home, I wanted a good and dependable oven -- one that cooks evenly, with ease of controls, and that looks great in my kitchen. After reading several reviews, talking with my fellow cooks, considering "high end" ovens, I decided on the best: Kitchen Aid.

I love the way this product cooks. Replacing the standard warming drawer for the crock pot feature was great. You can still use it as a warming drawer. The three racks come in handy. I also LOVE the blue inside the oven. It gives it a very contemporary feel! The controls are OK but I often confuse the timer start with the oven start.

We recently did a full kitchen renovation and after much research (and I mean a lot!) we decided on this oven with a matching warming drawer. The convection bake feature is easy to use and will even ask you if you need to convert from a regular recipe temperature setting. I love the blue ceramic inside walls, large viewing window and easy-slide racks. I haven't needed to use the self-clean feature yet so I can't comment on that. If there is one small con to comment on, the fan seems to run for quite a while as it is cooling down but it's not disturbingly loud.

This oven is packed full of features & the display gives great feedback. The probe is easy to use. The operation is very intuitive & not as confusing as other ovens we have used. This oven is leaps & bounds above our last convection oven.
