You will not get a good review from me at this time. We had nothing but problems from day one. We only have it for two months and one thing after another is happening. Breaking down.

I bought my double Kitchen Aid oven a short time ago. So far I am very pleased with it, I have not used the convection option, and plan to do so soon. I love the bright light and the large glass door allowing me to see what is going on inside without having to open the door. I have one suggestion, when the oven reaches the desired temperature, instead of just showing the time when it got there, it would be desirable to have some audible sound indicating that it is there, eliminating the need to watch the temperature indicator. I get involved elsewhere and end up missing when the required temperature is reached.

The only slight issue is the sound level. it is somewhat noisy. heat up and cool down periods have fans running that sound a little like a washer or dryer running in the background. Its not bad but if you are not used to it you will notice quite a difference.

really disappointed! the product itself was exactly what I wanted however had I known the noise level associated with it (due to external fan) I would have never bought it.

Bought double ovens but noticed the fan was making a funny noise. Called for service and they came very quickly and right on time. Fixed the problem in a few minutes. Service man was very polite.

We are very disappointed with this product. The noise is unbearable. The fan goes on forever even after the oven is turned off. We had Thermador products before that were extremely quiet.
