I have only had this for about 6 weeks. I do find that it takes a longer period of time to reach temperature compared to my old double oven. It will be truly tested when I have 16 people for Christmas dinner. Also, I am still working out the digital features but sure I will be able to figure out. A cookbook would have been a nice added feature spelling out the conversion from regular to convection.

Replaced an older Kitchenaide double oven. The new unit has is built with a larger interior cavity and both the upper and lower ovens are convection style.

Very sharp looking double oven. I had to enlarge the opening in my cabinet and run a new branch circuit, but the preparation was worth it and the instructions were thorough and easy to follow. It updates the look of the kitchen - very nice.
I couldn't be happier with the performance - nice to be able to cook at two different temperatures when cooking Christmas Dinner.

This is an excellent double oven; it is a clean design, has an eye catching blue interior, with flexble, very user friendly pull-out shelves. What more could one want?
A roasting pan! Why this expensive oven is delivered without a roasting pan is a little bit of of a shoort change.

This replaced a old GE double oven with a number of failures. Overall it is a very good functional replacement for the old oven. The controls are simple and intuitive. The racks fit well and do not have too many sharp corners. We expected fan noise with the convenction feature, we did not expect fan noise in normal oven operation or during cool down. The fan runs from preheat till the oven is cooled off. This was an unpleasant surprise. Per our conversation with Kitchenaid this is common to all of their ovens.
I think sales people in the showroom should point this out, we would have compared and a quieter oven would have influenced our choice. As it is we will live with it as tearing out the installed oven and starting over is more bother than living with the noise.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use, Performance
Cons: fan noise all the time

We replaced a 23 year old KitchenAid double oven (that was still working well!) as part of a remodel of our kitchen. We love the stylish look and operation of this double convection oven. The large glass doors really look great and allow easy viewing of what ever I'm burning for dinner!

nervous about the computer control going out

I purchased this for a remodel finished in early October. On Halloween, while using both ovens at 400 for a massive round of pizza baking (12 pies, 4 at a time) the oven went dead with 2 minutes left in the last batch. When I went to turn the oven on the next morning, it was fine. It died one more time on Thanksgiving (turkey in top oven, bottom oven at 350) but with only a few minutes needed (so top oven running for about 6 hours.) Again, it worked fine the next morning. I've only used both ovens at once about 5 times,.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
