Good, but noisy

Seems to be very efficient and bakes well. However, it is noisy, and the fan keeps blowing (and making noise) long after the oven is shut down. And we haven't even used the convection part of the oven yet.

We bought this oven several months ago and the only complaint we have is the whistling sound of the fan while the oven is on and during the cooling period. After having this a few months, you get used to the noise. The interior size is good, the racks are a high quality, the interior is beautiful, the window is wide for viewing. The warm up period is a bit long. Cooks very evenly. Overall, the positive things outweigh the negative.

Love the large windows and easy to follow directions to convert to convection. Made my first angel food cake and watched it rise. Tried the built in thermometer in a turkey breast and it was juicy and perfectly delicious with a crispy brown skin. Trying out recipes all the time and giving neighbors treats. Fans are fine and not noisy as some say. Love not having to open oven to rotate pans or baste meat.

I'm very happy with my ovens the only issue that may bother some people is the vent is loud and can run up to a hour after you have shut off the oven
