After having several Norelco shavers over the years I decided to purchase another brand, I never got a clean shave in more than a year, then I purcahsed my new Norelco and was to say the least I was pleasantly suprised. The low noile level caused me to question if the shaver was running right, then when I used it and then checked the results I was convinced it was , by far, the right choice. Thank you for such a great product.

This razor shaves closer than any previous razor I have had

The razor works faster and cleaner than I ever expected. It has only been charged once since I received it. I am still waiting for the battery to run down. My only concern is that I think I'm going to accidentally turn it off. The part of the razor that I hold is very smooth, and it sometimes feels like my hand is sliding down over the on/off switch. Other than that I really enjoy it and hope it lasts a long time.

I recently tried this and was hoping my skin would adjust, but unfortunately my neck gets irritated every time I shave with this. The rest of my face is fine, and I love how quiet it is. It's a shame my neck skin wouldn't adjust.
Pros: quiet, close shave
Cons: my neck skin is too sensitive

The new Philips-Norelco I recently bought is quite a number of steps ahead of my elderly Norelco. It shaves closer, twice as fast, and fits in my palm better than the previous. And I appreciate the new design of the hinged heads, which allows one to rinse them off under a faucet.

I have to spend more time shaving with this product than others. It takes longer to shave and I often have to shave again because of all the stray hairs that it misses. The features are nice, but the shave is not consistant or precise.
Cons: not a great shave

I was looking for a good electric shaver, I found this Philips Norelco. The quality is excellent, it holds a good charge and gives a good close shave. It's easy to clean, just one touch to open the heads then rinse it in water. This is a really nice shaver and would gladly buy this again if it ever necessary.
