[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wifi is so, so and YouTube no longer works and vudu and Netflix are your only other options.

WPA2 AES will not work, and the wifi antennas are extremely weak, so this will not work in my bedroom.
also pandora etc that were advertised are not included/do not work. only youtube and netflix.
Pros: bad

Going back not a good product

LG did not do a good job with this product. Lack of APPS, cannot hold a WIFI connection and every time you want to access the internet you need to re type and go through and search for a network connection. I'm sorry LG, you failed on this one.

Within One Month of use

Within the First Month:
Netflix Freezes Randomly
Netflix needed our Wireless router rebooted several times
VuDu(showed our wifi cable/fios speed was excellent for any level of playback)
DVD Disc playback goes blank on screen for several seconds
if pause is pressed it eventually comes back and if I rewind it
it will work. The DVD used was brand new.
Have not used enough blue rays to tell if they had problems.
When the hdmi cable was bumped it would cause havoc for several seconds each time,
I am thinking now of getting a PS-3.

LIED IN PREORDER PAGE

This player has no "smart tv apps", no amazon video, no hulu plus, or any other video streaming options other than Vudu and netflix.
Never purchasing from LG again after this.

So easy to use

With this player I can view Netflix movies in HD as opposed to the Wii. Quick loading of blue ray discs. Very happy with the performance. Also, I like the fact that BR players are now smaller.

Small and great video playback. But you have to put the network settings in every time you want to use the wireless feature. Also disappointed I could not play Pandora.
