Brough these a couple of months ago haven't had to put them in yet. I always reorder when I put in the last order of ink cartridges. Never had a problem yet.
Signed up for the auto-refill service and before I had printed 20 pages, the yellow cartridge showed up at my door. A little early, I hope. No other cartridges have shown up.
Ever since I installed the new Cyan it hasn't printed blue. It must be a faulty cartridge. I have done all the print head alignments, all phases of print head cleanings several times & it still won't print blue. I need to contact Hp about it but I've procrastinated & probably waited to long.

I am very sorry that this happened, but hopefully we can help. As long as the warranty ends date (on the cartridge itself) has not passed, the warranty is in effect.
