I received my new cartridges but the color on my printing only comes out in a faint yellow.
I aligned the heads, cleaned the heads, twice and reloaded the ink to assure they were seated correctly. Nothing works.
Also, the ink levels register between 50%-60%. Shouldn't these NEW cartridges show full since they are brand new from the factory?
At thgis time, my issue may associated with the printer, an HP6830 rather than the ink.
I had to have this printer replaced once under warranty in the past.
