My black ink cartridge did not work and the blue showed up as a used cartridge. I usually have very good luck ordering direct from HP, but not this time. Feel like I wasted my money.

Hi,
It appears you are having printer recognition issues. Since this happened with two different cartridges, I presume the printer interaction is causing the problems. An exchange is another option. Go to www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/. Next time, I hope your outcome is better.
