This is my second time purchasing my Hp and disappointed that my color copy did not come out clear at all! I changed all the cartridges and the second time I printed a color copy it said it was low in ink and printed an extremely poor color quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so sorry both cartridges had print quality issues. I want to help you get to the bottom of this case.
I think changing the print quality setting higher may impact the print quality. I would also check for residue build-up on the print rollers. It might be the reason the ink is unclear.

I have had so much trouble with HP INK cartridges, i have had 2 dry or clog up while still in the printer, and 1 that my computer said that it was counterfieit. And as soon as i can find another reputable cartridge i will switch to that.
