I did not realize it when I ordered that the delivery time would be over a week. That's a long time waiting for color. I do generally have a problem with my HP printer in that the print head for the Cyan color does not work. Any suggestons?.

HP935 & 934 cartridges failed to operate properly with error message having to do with ink cartridge missing or defective, etc. I believe this is same old problem for which HP paid out a class action suit in 2019. I believe they are up to their old tricks again with embedded software in their firmware meant to prevent use of non-HP ink cartridges in the printers. That wouldn't even be so bad except that the firmware seems to be so sensitive so that it rejects legitimate HP cartridges as well. After fighting this problem for 5 years during which HP has replaced my printer twice, I have moved on to a competitor printer. It will surprise me if they could stay in business with this type of customer service disregard. I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I have friends who have experienced it as well. One only has to go on line and see the many companies about this issue. I have kept my HP Printer as a back up for its fine scanning and faxing capability with hopes that HP will some day see the light and correct its ways.
The ink is great. I have use HP printers for over a decade and have been very please with the performance of the printing and support. My Hp deskjet pro 6830 was replaced one month before the warranty expired. Now, after 3 years and thousands of pages, the printer head gave up the ghost!
I always use HP printer cartridges for my HP printer. I once tried an off brand and it really does make a difference to use HP. I like buying the 3-pack combination of colors together as I usually run low on all colors at one time so this is the best deal all the way around. The cartridges are so easy to install which I so appreciate.
