exp date 2021/08. very disappointed in quality of HP MAYBE I SHOULD TRY THE GENERIC. WANT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

After putting in new cartridges—the printer spits out blank sheets. It had been working before changing cartridges. I only changed them out because it was giving warning “low on ink”. Doesn’t make sense— on low ink I was getting ok print outs. Then replace cartridges and Now Doesn’t Print!!

recently I bouth this product and I am very satisfied with this. I replaced a older cartridge unit witch was a original HP ink but did not being requinase like the HP produce. This cartridge is full of ink. I don't no what to do with it. Please advice.
