I am sorry that you're having this happen. It is not a cartridge problem, but a printer problem. However, I hope to help you through it!
First of all, you can reset the printer by unplugging it while it is on, waiting a minute or two and then plugging it back in. That might clear the error. If not, you can refer to further instructions in this online document: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03081973
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only needed to replace Cyan and Yellow but had purchased the 3 pack before so went ahead and bought the 3 pack. I installed as usual and noticed the next day when I started my print project that the ink was showing only half left in the new cartridges. Then began the print job and immediately had the error for problem with printhead. Folowed advice from every forum and ran the troubleshoot but Nothing has helped. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
