[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few days ago. After it was installed I printer two pages with color which were fine then the printer an HP Officejet Pro 6830 displayed a 'PRINTHEAD ERROR'. So was it the new cartridge or just time?

My old original HP 6230 ink works fine in my printer until i bought this new Ink and my now my printer is not working in other words it doesn't recognized the ink...I've tried many different troubleshooting techniques and my printer went dead....Sorry to say but i had to purchase another printer (Canon) and their product seems way much easier to operate and ink installment
